Our services include managing task orders, coordinating staff augmentation, and sourcing, hiring, and retaining top-tier personnel for project roles. We handle onboarding, invoicing, and compliance tracking to ensure smooth contract administration and consistent performance throughout the life of each assignment. Our goal is to make it easy for clients to engage the right expertise quickly and confidently.
Resident Engineering
Our resident engineering services focus on managing contractors to ensure full conformance with project scope, schedule, and budget while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. We oversee compliance with all permit requirements—including SWPPP, biological, and third-party obligations—and maintain clear communication to keep work progressing smoothly and transparently. Throughout my career, no claims have ever been filed on any of my projects, and I’ve contributed to three award-winning projects recognized by CMAA SoCal and ACEC, as well as projects featured in ENR.
Structures Representative & Inspection
Our team brings extensive experience in structures representation for the California Department of Transportation, including serving in Caltrans staff augmentation roles and providing inspection on Caltrans oversight projects. I’ve worked on more than a dozen bridges—including steel, cable-stay, cast-in-place, precast girder, and pile-supported structures—all of which have been successfully inspected and accepted by Caltrans. Our expertise also includes performing detailed falsework reviews, including timber falsework and shoring systems, ensuring structural stability, safety, and full compliance with Caltrans requirements throughout construction.
Office Engineering & Adminstration
Our office engineering and administrative support ensures all project documentation is organized, current, and compliant with Caltrans filing requirements and the LA Local Procedures Manual. With a strong history of passing audits, our team maintains thorough document control—tracking certifications, deadlines, and opportunities through detailed spreadsheets—so nothing expires or is overlooked. This structured approach supports smooth project turnover and complete, audit-ready closeout at the end of every assignment.
